Rising to the challenge. Most of your challenges might be mental at this next stage. This is true especially if your body is feeling good.

We are the champions. This is the stage you are really ready to let go of old habits and to move into a new rhythm and lifestyle.

As each day goes by you will have some struggles but we will have the support of each other and our community. Yogini Jaima and I will also be here to take you through those moments of self-doubt when the mind wants to give in to temporary temptations.

But your little guide inside will also be playing a big part on helping you move passed limited thoughts.

The Method

To help us on the path to freedom from a limited mind and to conquer our fears we are going to use fasting to detox the body and cleanse the mind. Fasting is the oldest method of controlling the senses so the mind can be free of outside temptations.

Usually we fast with just warm water or with nothing at all. To make this process a little lighter and more enjoyable we will do this with fresh juices and herbal teas to help sustain our time in a positive way.
